How to measure your hand for this cuff.
This cuff fits over your HAND please measure around your hand knuckles (making g bird shape with hand as in photo) to determine which size will fit best. The below measurements are an approximate guide.
EXTRA SMALL - very narrow & small hand around knuckles would measure 7 inches or less
SMALL - petite hand - around knuckles would measure apprx 7.5 inches
MEDIUM - the most POPULAR size - fits most average women hands - around knuckles 8 inches
LARGE - measurement around knuckles 8.5 to 9
EXTRA LARGE - measurement around knuckles 9 to 9.5
